Circa2001 LLC. offers a 30 minutes complimentary general consultation for new clients only.
Standard consultations require an upfront non- refundable consultation fee of $75.00 per hour before the consultation commences. Please note this rate is not inclusive of the-service rate for post hiring services.
New clients will be notified 24-48 hours after the initial outreach with a confirmed date and time that is available for a 30 minutes complimentary consultation. This consultation includes a one time same day communication exchange once the new client receives a confirmed date and a time to meet. Consultations can take place via audio or video calls.
To ensure the best of all parties times is properly maximized, please be sure to be direct and concise with initial business needs. This will allow the Circa 200l team to quickly asses how to offer the best advise to support a project. The consultation is used to get a sense of business objectives while briefly offering ways to execute. The Circa2001 LLC. consultation team will not be on calls to provide detailed plans.
Circa2001 LLC. values and respects the confidentially of all new and existing clients intellectual property. We are committed to protecting a client’s privacy. All communication exchanged is confidential and will not be shared, sold or rented to a third party.
The Circa2001 LLC. team will provide all clients with quality work from inception to completion. We bring structured support, creative vision and forward thinking concepts to strengthen daily growth tactics. Additional requests that fall outside of an agreed project term or proposal will be subject to an immediate evaluation to determine additional costs.
Circa2001 LLC. wants to ensure all clients will be aligned on project rates. The standard invoicing terms are 50% upfront as a non-refundable deposit invoice to be paid before work commences upon accepting instructions. The remaining balance will be due (14) days before the completion of the project. This is subject to change if a project needs are amended.
If no requests for amendments are provided, or the client fails to provide content and/or instruction within (2) week from the commenced date, project will go into default and Circa 2001 LLC. will not be responsible for any damages or delays. .
Please note that we will do everything we can to keep a project on track, it is important to not underestimate your needs.
Additonal fees may apply with respect to administrative costs, requested marketing collateral and Circa2001 T&E. These charges will vary based on a cleint’s needs. An updated budget will be provided in advance to allow the clients to decide how to proceed.
Invoice payments can be accepted via PayPal and Credit Cards with and additional 3.3% service fee. In some cases, peer to peer payments (Zelle) may be acceptable based on the amount due to services required.
Clients must raise objections to invoices within 48 hours of the date of the invoice. Any failure to object within this period is deemed as acceptance of the invoice.
